These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Deposee regarding your use of our Telegram bot service that integrates with Google Calendar to provide automated client balance tracking.

By accessing or using Deposee through Telegram and connecting your Google Calendar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Service Overview

Deposee is a Telegram bot service that integrates with your Google Calendar to provide:

• Google Calendar API limitations or outages
• Loss of access to your Google Calendar

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use Deposee, you must:

• Have a valid Telegram account
• Have a Google Calendar account and grant us access to it
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of both your Telegram and Google Calendar accounts

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

3.3 Account Types

All account types require Google Calendar integration. We offer different tiers with varying features and limitations. Specific tier details, pricing, and terms are available in your personal cabinet within the bot.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Deposee only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service:

• For legitimate business purposes
• In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• In a manner that respects the rights of others

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the Service, including:

• Transaction records
• Business data
• Communications
• Google Calendar data that you authorize us to access

5.2 License to Use

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Access and read your Google Calendar data to track sessions and manage client balances
• Store and process your calendar and business data to provide the Service
• Create backups for data protection
• Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics
• Improve and develop our Service

Note: Your Google Calendar data is our primary data source and is never shared with third parties. It is used exclusively to provide you with automated session tracking and balance management.

5.3 Data Accuracy

You represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate and lawful
• You have the right to share any client information
• You comply with applicable privacy laws regarding client data
• You have the authority to grant us access to your Google Calendar account
• Your Google Calendar accurately reflects your business sessions and appointments
• You understand that the Service relies on your Google Calendar data as the primary source of truth

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Deposee and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER

12. Termination

• If you revoke Google Calendar access before terminating your account, the Service will no longer function

• Changes to Telegram's or Google's APIs or policies
• Loss of data due to Telegram or Google account issues
• Synchronization delays caused by third-party platforms
• Features becoming unavailable due to platform changes
• Service interruptions if either platform becomes inaccessible

We may offer beta features that are:

• Provided "as is" without warranties
• Subject to change or removal without notice
• May contain bugs or errors
• Not guaranteed to become permanent features
